Five of JPA’s projects are LEED Gold certified and five are Silver, and we are currently working on more than two dozen LEED registered projects. Seventeen members of the engineering staff are LEED Accredited Professionals. These engineers document compliance of the MEP portions of the design for LEED and review USGBC credit interpretations when unique aspects of the design deviate from typical conditions. JPA is a corporate member of the U.S. Green Building Council and USGBC Maryland. We also have engineers who are ASHRAE certified High-Performance Building Design Professionals and AEE Certified GeoExchange Designers.
